In this world, every one of us wants success, a better life and respect. I would like to ask you, how can you achieve the success you want without making efforts and time to surpass others?

I don’t want to say 996. As of today, I’m sure it’s more than 12×12. There are many 996 people in the world, many people work 12 hours and 13 hours a day, and many people are harder, harder and smarter than us. Not all 996 people have the opportunity to really do something valuable, meaningful and fulfilling.

So today, China BAT and other companies can 996, and I think it’s a blessing that we have repaired. But what do we need? We ask you what you really want to do in this company. It is to change yourself, help others and realize your mission.

Ali also worked overtime in his early years, but what classes shall we add? In the extra study class, after 8 hours of work, the main night is to resume and study. I hope Ali people love your work. If you don’t love it, even 8 hours is too long. If you love it, 12 hours is not too long.

After joining Alibaba, what do we bring to others and what is the reward? This is what I’ve been thinking most about for a while.

I don’t think I came to Ali for a high salary, because I have stocks, because we have a good working environment, because of the year-end bonus, and because of these things. These are very important. We are all old and young, and we all have wives and children. We must take care of them. If you can’t take care of your family, give them a good life, a good education and take care of their parents’ health, it’s a wrong life. But what I want to consider most is how we can turn you into a different person when you stay in Ali for ten years.

Changes have taken place within one year, changes have taken place within three years. When you go back, your parents find that this child has changed. Your wife finds out how my husband has become rational, thoughtful and focused on his work. Your child thinks that mom and dad are just different from others. This is the personal growth of Ali people we hope. This growth is not how big the position is, but your view on the problem, your attitude towards difficulties and your attitude towards life.

Everyone who joins Ali will be different after three years, and will be different after five years. Ten years later, Ali people, wherever they go, we are at ease. We are sure to develop this skill, but if you want to develop it in this decade, it will cost you more than ordinary people. Why else would you come here?
