A word of caution! New tricks are online, and your anti-fraud skills should be updated.

With the country’s efforts to crack down on online telecom fraud, criminals are constantly renovating fraud. We have sorted out several recent scams, hoping that the public will constantly improve their anti-fraud skills and not give criminals an opportunity.

Scam 1: Pick up the lottery ticket and scrape out the "grand prize"

Walking on the road, I suddenly found a "grand prize lottery ticket". Did a pie fall from the sky?

For this kind of false lottery fraud cases, anti-fraud experts pointed out that swindlers distributed so-called "grand prize lottery tickets" everywhere, so as to attract people’s attention. Once someone was carried away by the "grand prize" and dialed the "redemption" phone number, they were likely to be cheated into paying "handling fees" and "bonus tax", causing economic losses. In addition, some lawless elements will "make a full set of plays" and create fake lottery websites in advance to dispel users’ doubts, thus tricking more people into being fooled.

Scam 2: Lie that you lost the courier and asked to add WeChat.

Recently, a new deception of posing as a courier company staff fraud appeared.

The fraudsters first pretended to be employees of the courier company and claimed to have lost the victim’s courier, intending to pay full compensation to the victim. Then, let the victim add WeChat.

In WeChat, the victim is first induced to borrow money online, and then a link with Trojan virus and a QR code are sent to the victim for connection, so that the virus in the victim’s mobile phone can defraud money.

Scam 3: wayward "boss" madly sends red packets.

"Never send it to the whole network in cash-filled red envelopes", "You can take the cash prize with a little finger forwarding" and "The boss gave money willfully on the tenth anniversary of a certain enterprise" … … Various exaggerated titles of "WeChat red envelopes" became popular in the WeChat group.

This kind of red envelope is different from ordinary red envelopes. After opening, it is not a cash-filled red envelopes, but a web link. To display a red envelope on a webpage, you need to share the red envelope link in multiple WeChat groups first. In order to show the authenticity of the red envelope, the words "XXX has successfully cashed out RMB" are often attached at the bottom of the webpage.

In fact, this kind of external red packets are mostly marketing advertisements, the purpose of which is to induce users to forward the web links that come with the red packets. However, there are also scammers who will not let you go after sharing, and will continue to induce users to participate in "preferential recharge activities". The result is often that the recharge is false, and the fraud is true. Moreover, in this process, once the user fills in the mobile phone number and other information, personal privacy may be exposed.

Not only is it risky to receive red envelopes, but you should also be careful when giving them. Send 30 to 60, send 500 to 1000, and you can get a double return when you send a red envelope in the group. Such a "good thing" should be careful of hidden traps. This kind of rebate behavior is very popular in QQ group and WeChat group recently. Some fraudsters set up so-called red envelope groups. In fact, 9 out of 10 people in the group are childcare. In addition, fraudsters will enhance the authenticity by forging a series of transfer records, and induce the victims to step into the trap step by step. After the victims send large red envelopes, the other party will directly pull the black, or let the victims continue to transfer money or send red envelopes on the grounds that the system is not received, causing more losses.

Scam 4: Fudge investment in the name of "virtual currency" and "blockchain"

Recently, a photo of a Chinese aunt posing at the blockchain conference became popular in the circle of friends, and netizens commented that the aunts had been targeted by the blockchain. Since the beginning of this year, some criminals have carried out pyramid schemes under the banner of blockchain finance, which has become one of the latest variants of pyramid schemes.

With the development of blockchain technology, various virtual currencies have emerged, and many of them are scams. Liars carry out pyramid schemes in the name of "virtual currency" and "blockchain", mainly to grasp the psychology of ordinary investors who don’t understand virtual currency and blockchain, but hope to catch up with the virtual currency investment boom. Its scams are often complicated and investors are easily fooled. Moreover, it is difficult to recover its investment after being fooled.

Experts remind that various virtual currency platforms generally promote technologies such as "blockchain" and "decentralization", and some are also named after international organizations and multinational financial groups, which is extremely confusing. Middle-aged and old friends must invest carefully and it is best not to set foot in unfamiliar investment fields.

Scam 5: Making the "Public Security Bureau" APP to deceive people into entering bank card information.

Different from the telecom fraud that used to pretend to be a public security officer, the swindler in this new telecom fraud made an "Intelligent Police System of the Public Security Bureau" APP that was confusing enough to trick the victim into entering information such as bank cards to defraud funds.

According to the police, the phishing APP made by scammers has the functions of "call transfer" and "SMS interception", which deliberately blocks the communication between the police and the victims. At the same time, the APP basically includes all prime bank in China, and does not require the victim to transfer money across banks or through online banking. Once the deceived person inputs the bank card number, ID card, mobile phone number, login password and transaction password, his bank account is basically in a "streaking" state. Is "inclusive insurance" worth buying?

Tongling Social Security Center of Anhui Province actively docked with the municipal medical insurance center, and set up a "joint office" service comprehensive window for matters involving different departments such as insurance registration and social insurance relationship transfer, so as to facilitate the people to handle different matters of social security and medical insurance. The picture shows the citizens consulting about medical insurance and social security in the lobby of Tongling Municipal Service Center.

At the end of April this year, Shanghai customized commercial supplementary medical insurance "Huhuibao" jointly underwritten by nine insurance companies was officially launched.

Hainan Supervision Bureau of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, China and Hainan Provincial Medical Security Bureau launched an innovative health insurance product "Huiqiongbao" in Hainan, and participants of basic medical insurance in Hainan Province can apply for insurance online.

  Wang Qizuo (Xinhua News Agency)

No age, no household registration, no occupation, and insufficient annual premium. 200 yuan … … Recently, the "Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance" jointly designed and developed by five insurance companies, namely China People’s Insurance Company, China Life Insurance Company, Taikang Insurance Company, China Pacific Insurance Company and China Ping An Company, has attracted wide attention since its launch. The data shows that in just over ten days from July 26th to August 9th, the number of participants has exceeded one million.

Since last year, a number of similar supplementary medical insurance products have been launched all over the country, most of which are cooperated by local government departments and commercial insurance companies, such as "Jin Huibao", "Jin Huibao", "Tian Yi Yong Ning Bao" and "Hui Rong Bao", which focus on universal characteristics and attract many consumers to participate in insurance. What are the characteristics of this kind of "inclusive insurance"? How to develop customized insurance steadily?

Low threshold, high upper limit and wide range

With the development of economy and society, people’s awareness of health and risk management has been continuously improved.

Recently, Wu Yao, who works in Changji, Xinjiang, intends to continue to buy "Jinhui Insurance" for his parents who are far away from their hometown in Shanxi. "I worked in Xinjiang after graduation, almost five or six years. Being far apart, I seldom have a chance to go home for a visit in a year. What worries me most is my parents’ health. With the basic medical insurance and this supplementary insurance, you don’t have to delay the diagnosis and treatment because of the cost. The annual premium in 59 yuan is not high. " Wu Yao said.

Whether it’s "Jinhui Insurance" or "Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance", many insured people have the same idea as Wu Yao: they don’t spend much, so they are prepared. Specifically, this kind of insurance also embodies the characteristics of inclusiveness everywhere in its design.

  — — The threshold for participation is low. "Pratt & Whitney Insurance" breaks through many restrictions of traditional commercial insurance, does not limit age and household registration, does not require previous health status, and the premium standard can be affordable for most people. For example, "Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance" clearly covers five categories of people with specific past diseases, such as malignant tumors, liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and glucose and lipid metabolic diseases, and realizes "insurability and claim settlement" by increasing the deductible and reducing the proportion of compensation, without worrying about being refused insurance.

  — — The upper limit of protection is high. Compared with the low premium, the maximum compensation limit of "inclusive insurance" is mostly above one million yuan. For example, "Jin Huibao" has an annual premium of 59 yuan, which can provide a maximum of 3 million yuan of supplementary medical insurance for the basic medical insurance insured in Shanxi Province; Tianjin’s "Jin Hui Bao" has an annual premium of 68 yuan, including 1 million yuan for hospitalization expenses and 1 million yuan for certain high drug expenses, with a maximum guarantee of 2 million yuan.

  — — Wide coverage. For many insured people, once they get sick, whether insurance can cover more effective drugs is related to the quality of insurance products. At present, most universal insurances clearly list the reimbursable drugs in the contract. For example, in the List of Certain High-priced Drugs of Huirongbao in Sichuan, drugs such as Dacotinib Tablets for the treatment of lung cancer, Cindilizumab Injection, Vinaike pull-tab for the treatment of leukemia and Nilotinib Capsules are clearly included in the scope of protection.

According to the relevant person in charge of PICC China, "Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance" and other products are customized commercial medical insurance in cities, which are usually guided by the local government, closely linked with the basic medical insurance in various places by adopting the mode of "one city, one policy", and are one-year medical insurance products with Pratt & Whitney nature for all local insured people. At present, the number of insured products of "Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance" has exceeded 1.36 million.

"The biggest advantage of this kind of products is that they are cheap, the insurance coverage is high, and the insurance conditions are relaxed, benefiting the elderly and the sick; Its disadvantage is that the vast majority of products are one-year medical insurance, and there is no mandatory agreement to guarantee renewal. It is integrated and complementary with basic social security and traditional commercial insurance. " The person in charge said.

The guarantee effect has attracted much attention.

Are consumers willing to buy "inclusive insurance"?

"I have carefully read the terms of Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance, and I feel more humane than commercial insurance, which is a kind of welfare!" Qi Hang, who is studying in Peking University, said that his parents have taken the initiative to buy the local "Min Hui Bao" in Huai ‘an, Jiangsu Province, and they plan to buy this kind of universal insurance after graduation and social security. "It is necessary to invest in your health in advance while you are young and in good health."

However, some people are worried about the claim effect and sustainability of inclusive insurance. Li Xinxin, who is engaged in the art training industry in Chongqing, said that an insurance company had introduced "Yuhuibao" before, but he is still on the sidelines. "This kind of inclusive insurance is a new thing, and it is still uncertain about its protection effect. For example, is the claim settlement procedure troublesome? How to connect with basic medical insurance and other commercial insurance? How can insurance companies maintain their support capabilities for a long time? " Li Xinxin said.

It is worth noting that "inclusive insurance" is more popular among office workers. Take Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance as an example. According to the data released before, among the 1 million insured persons, the proportion of urban workers participating in insurance is as high as 78.37%, and the proportion of urban and rural residents participating in insurance is 20.57%. The demand for medical insurance for on-the-job personnel is more vigorous. From the age of participation, "post-70s" and "post-80s" are the main participants, accounting for 42.7%.

Zhang Ming, head of Taikang Pension Pratt & Whitney Insurance Department, told the author that up to now, Taikang Pension has carried out urban customized Pratt & Whitney insurance projects in more than 20 cities across the country, providing urban customized Pratt & Whitney insurance for more than 10 million insured persons. In the design of product liability, the high security is instigated by small premiums, and the risk of large medical expenses caused by serious and serious diseases is accurately guaranteed; In terms of risk management and control, whether it is front-end product pricing or back-end claims service, this kind of inclusive insurance needs to be closely connected with local medical insurance. "Compared with traditional commercial insurance, Pratt & Whitney insurance is a product superimposed on basic medical insurance, focusing on ‘ Pratt & Whitney ’ Two words. For example, most commercial medical insurance will require health notification, and some sick people or sub-healthy people may not meet the insurance requirements, while most patients with previous diseases of Pratt & Whitney Insurance can apply for insurance and claim compensation to achieve real popularization; Usually, the premium price of commercial medical insurance increases with age, and most inclusive insurance is the average price of young and old, and the pricing is affordable. " Zhang Ming said that with the promotion of such products, higher requirements have actually been put forward for insurance companies, which need to make more efforts in scientific pricing and refined management.

However, "inclusive insurance" is not all-inclusive, and there are still restrictions and thresholds for compensation, which consumers should treat rationally. Yu Baorong, a professor at the Research Center of Health Insurance and Health Economics in university of international business and economics, said that because of the low premium, the fund pool of the whole insurance is relatively limited. For example, the minimum deductible of Beijing Pratt & Whitney Health Insurance is 30,400 yuan, and the money under the deductible is for patients to pay. Therefore, this kind of insurance is more practical for patients with serious illness and high medical expenses.

Promote the sustainable development of inclusive insurance

It is understood that inclusive insurance was first launched in Shenzhen. In 2015, the Shenzhen Supplementary Medical Insurance Project for Serious and Extraordinary Diseases, which was first promoted by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and underwritten by Ping An Pension Insurance, began to operate, becoming the first city and project in China to pilot customized commercial medical insurance in cities. As of last year, the number of participants has reached 7.8 million, covering more than half of the basic medical insurance participants in Shenzhen, and the number of beneficiaries of claims has exceeded 100,000, which has become an important guarantee to prevent people from becoming poor and returning to poverty due to illness.

The relevant person in charge of Pratt & Whitney Insurance of Ping An Pension Insurance Co., Ltd. told the author that the original intention of Pratt & Whitney Insurance was to help the construction of local multi-level medical security system with commercial insurance and reduce the medical expenses of people with severe and special diseases. Compared with traditional commercial insurance and national social insurance, its characteristics are reflected in two aspects: first, according to the local medical insurance policy, it provides customized product protection programs to make up for the medical security gap of local residents; Second, according to the urban population structure and regional characteristics, products suitable for different cities are launched. "For example, Hainan ‘ Hui Qiongbao ’ Innovation ‘ Medical insurance+commercial insurance ’ The mechanism is of positive significance for reducing the burden of medical expenses for Hainan patients, improving the accessibility of medicines for citizens with high quality, and effectively preventing poverty due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness. "

However, while the universal insurance is popular, there are also phenomena of scrambling to lower prices and exaggerating publicity. On May 28th this year, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the Notice of the General Office of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, China on Regulating the Urban Customized Commercial Medical Insurance Business of Insurance Companies, requiring insurance companies to make a scientific and reasonable protection plan in accordance with the operating rules of commercial insurance and the principle of marketization; Standardize business development, improve management service efficiency and risk control ability. At the same time, the regulatory requirements were clarified, and violations such as vicious competition at low prices and false propaganda were investigated and dealt with, so as to maintain market order and ensure the smooth operation of the business.

In Baorong’s view, inclusive insurance is essentially commercial insurance, which is a product different from social insurance. Its sustainability depends on the number of participants, the level of premiums, the size of welfare packages, the scope and degree of benefits. Among them, maintaining the balance between premium income and compensation expenditure is fundamental. "At present, most of China’s inclusive health insurance products have just entered the market. Whether it is the medical insurance department, the regulatory department or the commercial insurance company, they should find their own position, clarify the boundaries and clarify their responsibilities, so that they can truly become an effective part of China’s multi-level medical security system." Yu Baorong said.

Stabbing your arm repeatedly with a needle is painless, and there is a secret behind the necessities of beauty consumption.

CCTV News:Nowadays, micro-plastic surgery has attracted more and more attention, but what many consumers can’t think of is that there is an almost necessary product in this kind of beauty consumption process, but there is a big secret behind it.

The criminal suspect, Jin Mobin, said: "Let’s see if it works, and see the effect. It doesn’t hurt at all. See it, see it."

This is a self-portrait video in the WeChat circle of friends, and the photographer is stabbing his arm with a needle. Strangely, during the ten-second pricking process, the photographer who tried the medicine always said that he had no pain. What kind of panacea is it, which has the magical effect of repeatedly pricking the arm without any pain? A case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit drugs that Hubei police seized a few days ago uncovered the hidden mystery.

Not long ago, when the police in Baokang County, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province and the food and drug supervision department jointly conducted a law enforcement inspection, the paste-like drug named TKTX used by this small beauty shop in the basement of the old hardware hospital attracted the attention of law enforcement officers.

Bu Jianjun, squadron leader of Shiyaohuan, Public Security Brigade of Baokang County Public Security Bureau, Xiangyang City: "This TKTX is all in English. There must be something wrong with this medicine."

Article 7 of China’s Regulations on the Administration of Drug Instructions and Labels clearly stipulates that standardized Chinese characters published in state language commission should be used for drug instructions and labels. However, this drug, which was called "Ma Ointment" by the beauty salon service staff, was not even marked with the basic common name and drug ingredients in Chinese on the package. Law enforcement officers immediately seized the TKTX found and sent it to a professional institution for inspection.

Xu Qi, deputy detachment leader of comprehensive law enforcement detachment of Xiangyang Food and Drug AdministrationThe test results show that this kind of product contains lidocaine and tetracaine, which are included in China Pharmacopoeia. In accordance with the Drug Administration Law and relevant judicial interpretations, we have certified experts of such products and have now investigated and dealt with counterfeit drugs. "

Anesthetics, which need to be strictly controlled in dosage, are used to make fake drugs and illegally flow into beauty places that are not regular hospitals, which aroused the alarm of Hubei police and immediately set up a task force to investigate.

Zheng He, Deputy Chief of Public Security Corps of Hubei Provincial Public Security Department: "Quickly organize research on the case, formulate a careful investigation plan, and send special forces to follow the class to strengthen supervision."

"Painless" False Anesthesia Ointment with Local Anesthetic Drugs

In the investigation, it is found that it is a common practice in some beauty salons to play the banner of "painless" to attract customers to do freckle, mole removal, eyebrow embroidery and tattoo surgery. In fact, the reason why the skin is repeatedly pricked with false anesthetic ointment without pain is very simple, that is, lidocaine and tetracaine, the most common chemical raw materials in local anesthetic drugs, are added to the false anesthetic ointment.

There are huge profits in all aspects of manufacturing and selling fake hemp ointment.

An interest chain of producing and selling fake hemp ointment drugs led by Jin Mobin surfaced: Xiao Moumou of Jinan Ruixing Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. sold chemical raw materials such as lidocaine and tetracaine, which cost about 1,450 yuan/kg, to black dens such as Jin Mobin, which manufacture and sell fake hemp ointment at a price of 1,500 yuan/kg. After Jin Mobin made fake hemp ointment from these raw materials, he also sold each product at a cost of only about 3 yuan. Wholesale to Jin Mosheng and other middlemen at the price of 4 yuan. After Jin Mosheng got the fake hemp ointment, he sold it to small beauty salons all over the country for tattoo and micro-plastic surgery at the price of about 10 yuan each. In this way, there are huge profits in every link of manufacturing and selling fake hemp ointment, but some known and undiscovered potential risks are quietly injected into every consumer’s body along with fake hemp ointment.

Experts pointed out that counterfeit drugs are terrible. They are terrible because the ingredients are unknown and the content is unknown. All risks are uncontrollable. We must not be soft in cracking down on counterfeit drugs and eradicating the supply and marketing industry chain of counterfeit drugs.

Policy dividends continue to release 20 measures to accelerate consumption in the second half of the year.

Expanding domestic demand is organically combined with deepening supply-side structural reform. Optimizing supply based on demand will provide more choices for residents.

  — — — — — — — — — —

In the last few days of July, a set of consumer credit data annotated China’s consumption situation in the first half of the year: data released by the State Administration of Financial Supervision showed that by the end of June, credit cards, automobiles and other comprehensive consumer loans had increased by more than 710 billion yuan compared with the beginning of the year. According to data released by the central bank, in the first half of the year, personal business loans increased by 2.3 trillion yuan, an increase of 759.3 billion yuan year-on-year. Among them, personal short-term consumer loans increased by 300.9 billion yuan, an increase of 401.9 billion yuan.

"In the first half of this year, the GDP growth rate reached 5.5%, exceeding the forecast target of around 5% set at the beginning of the year, of which consumption made an important contribution." For example, Li Chunlin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, said on July 31 that in the first half of the year, the total retail sales of consumer goods in China increased by 8.2% year-on-year, reaching a total of 22.75 trillion, and the automobile sales reached 13.239 million, up by 9.8% year-on-year. "Residents’ willingness to consume has recovered."

On this day, "Measures on Restoring and Expanding Consumption" (hereinafter referred to as "Measures") was released to the public. Focusing on stabilizing bulk consumption, expanding service consumption, promoting rural consumption, expanding new consumption, improving consumption facilities and optimizing consumption environment, the Measures put forward 20 measures to promote consumption recovery and expansion.

"Targeted" is the view of many scholars on this 4,000-word measure document. Li Changan, a professor at the National Institute of Opening-up in university of international business and economics, told the reporter of China Youth Daily and China Youth Network that the "Measures" have grasped some key problems and weak links in current consumption, such as focusing on the consumption of bulk commodities such as automobiles and homes, which have a great role in stimulating the economy. "This is also the blocking point, difficulty and key consumption demand in the current consumption recovery process."

Bai Ming, a member of the Academic Degree Committee of the Ministry of Commerce, noted that in promoting rural consumption, the Measures specifically mentioned "promoting featured products to enter the city". The first two measures were "developing green products to the countryside" and "improving rural e-commerce and express logistics distribution system".

"Green products going to the countryside and special products entering the city are a two-way interaction and mutual satisfaction of demand." In Bai Ming’s view, promoting consumption should consider the purchasing power of consumers while meeting the demand, and "let farmers have money to spend".

Policy dividends continue to be released.

"Promoting consumption" is the key to boosting economy. As early as the end of last year, the Central Economic Work Conference pointed out that restoring and expanding consumption should be given priority. This year’s "Government Work Report" also proposes to give priority to restoring and expanding consumption, increase the income of urban and rural residents through multiple channels, stabilize mass consumption such as automobiles, and promote the recovery of consumption of catering, culture, tourism, sports and other life services.

A week before the promulgation of the Measures, the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee once again stressed at the meeting to analyze and study the current economic situation and work that we should actively expand domestic demand and give play to the basic role of consumption in stimulating economic growth.

"Expanding domestic demand", a national strategy put forward in 1998, gradually focused its deployment on the endogenous power of consumption. Wang Yiming, vice chairman of China International Economic Exchange Center and former deputy director of the State Council Development Research Center, analyzed at the 2023 annual meeting of China Development Forum held in the first half of this year that since the strategy of expanding domestic demand was put forward in 1998, China’s policy focus has been mainly on expanding investment demand, and a set of policy frameworks and tools have been formed to guide local governments and enterprises to expand investment, but the means and tools for expanding consumption are relatively limited. "With the narrowing of the space for expanding investment and the decline of marginal efficiency, the role of expanding consumption in sustained and stable economic growth is particularly important."

How to innovate the policy tools to expand consumption and improve the system and mechanism to expand consumption has become the key to release the potential of consumer demand. In Bai Ming’s view, after the international financial crisis, China emphasized steady growth, expanding domestic demand, adjusting the structure, and giving play to the driving role of domestic demand in the economy. "After more than 10 years of adjustment, China has gradually shifted from a large dependence on exports to a simultaneous effort in the domestic and foreign demand markets."

Taking the development of "new three kinds" of foreign trade, namely new energy vehicles, lithium-ion batteries and solar cells, as an example, he said that "new three kinds" not only led the export, but also took the lead in domestic sales.

According to the data of the National Development and Reform Commission, in terms of the production and sales of new energy vehicles, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 3.788 million and 3.747 million respectively in the first half of the year, up by 42.4% and 44.1% respectively. In terms of market share, the sales of new energy vehicles account for nearly 30% of all automobile sales.

"After extending the vehicle purchase tax exemption policy for new energy vehicles last year, the consumption of new energy vehicles has increased and expanded significantly, and the policy orientation of this year’s Measures is more clear." In Li Changan’s view, the continuity of this policy will also have a positive impact on the market performance of related products.

It is understood that the current vehicle purchase tax reduction and exemption policy for new energy vehicles has been extended to the end of 2027.

  Transformation industry meets opportunities.

"This" Measures "introduced reform measures to promote automobile consumption, including optimizing automobile purchase restriction policies, promoting used car transactions, encouraging trade-in, increasing consumer finance, and increasing the supply of parking spaces. The automotive industry, especially new energy vehicles, has achieved significant benefits. " Zhang Xuezhi, a professor at the School of International Finance of Sun Yat-sen University, told reporters that Chinese auto companies are expected to make breakthroughs in technical strength, market share and brand influence.

In fact, including automobile enterprises, the Measures "add another fire" to the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in many traditional industrial chains.

Xu Xingfeng, director of the Department of Market Operation and Consumption Promotion of the Ministry of Commerce, took the home improvement industry as an example, saying that the home put forward by the Ministry of Commerce is a concept of "big household", including household appliances, furniture, home textiles, home improvement and housekeeping, and the market scale is very huge.

He said that the "Measures on Promoting Household Consumption" jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and 12 departments on July 18 put forward related measures. In terms of stabilizing mass consumption, the "Measures" mentioned the promotion of smart home appliances, integrated home appliances, functional furniture and other products to improve the level of intelligent green home.

"This will not only boost market confidence and promote household consumption, but also help improve consumers’ quality of life and health, which will be of great benefit to promoting the high-quality transformation and upgrading of the household industry." The relevant person in charge of Jiumu Group, a domestic sanitary ware brand, told the reporter that industry estimates show that for every 10% increase in the household penetration rate of smart toilets in China, the market will increase by nearly 100 billion yuan, and the market will increase by 800 billion yuan if the household penetration rate in China is increased to 80%. "The overall market volume of China Digital Smart Sanitary Ware will reach trillions, and the market potential is huge."

Many transformation enterprises, including Jiumu Group, take intelligence and greening as the direction of product upgrading and lay out the future. This is also the key word of the Measures.

In terms of expanding new consumption, the "Measures" specifically mentioned the promotion of green consumption, clearly improving the production and promotion mechanism of green low-carbon products, and promoting the green renewal and quality upgrading of residents’ durable consumer goods. Improve the energy-saving and low-carbon and green manufacturing standard system, improve the certification and labeling system of green products, and encourage the development of group standards and enterprise standards in advance.

"Promoting consumption is not only a discount for businesses"

Driven by the policy, more products and services enrich people’s shopping carts, but the money in the wallet is often waiting for a more cost-effective opportunity.

In Bai Ming’s view, promoting consumption is not only a discount for merchants, but also a reliable product. "It must not only meet the purchase demand, but also reflect environmental protection and high quality." He further explained that promoting market consumption is a systematic project and a chain, which includes consumption capacity, consumption hotspots, consumption desire, consumption environment, etc., and requires the cooperation of many departments.

It can also be seen from the implementation of the Measures that the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Administration of Market Supervision and other ministries and commissions will continue to issue follow-up supporting measures. "Each of us is a consumer, and improving the consumption environment is an important support for restoring and expanding consumption." Kuang Xu, director of the Law Enforcement Inspection Bureau of the General Administration of Market Supervision, said that daring to consume and willing to consume are closely related to market supervision. In the future, the General Administration of Market Supervision will start from three aspects: building a system, keeping the bottom line and raising the line, and strive to create a secure consumption environment and promote the quality and expansion of consumption.

It is worth noting that behind the upgrading and expansion of consumption is the concern of the government and enterprises for new demand.

Ma Yiliang, chief statistician of china tourism academy, noticed that a major change in the tourism market this year is that some local governments pay attention to stimulating tourism consumption from the demand side. "Unlike the previous behaviors of focusing on supply such as building scenic spots and creating brands, more and more local governments are looking for innovations directly on the demand side, such as holding activities such as village BA to attract tourists, making head scenic spots free and managing price increases."

In Ma Yiliang’s view, on the one hand, individual businesses often don’t have enough ability to hold activities independently, on the other hand, it also meets the current consumer demand of tourists, that is, paying more attention to what activities or travel can bring.

As a key area of service consumption, cultural tourism consumption also occupies a certain space in the Measures. Zhang Xuezhi noted that the Measures clearly and comprehensively implemented the paid vacation system, encouraged off-peak vacations, flexible work and rest, and promoted holiday consumption. On the basis of ensuring tourists’ right to choose independently, the Measures support different regional scenic spots to jointly implement the joint ticket mode, and encourage scenic spots to implement the one-ticket, multiple-time and multi-day use system in combination with the actual situation to better meet the diversified needs of tourists.

"Expanding domestic demand is organically combined with deepening supply-side structural reform." In Zhang Xuezhi’s view, optimizing supply based on demand will provide more choices for residents. (Zhongqing Daily, Zhongqing.com reporter Zhu Caiyun)

Liu Peiqi: Beijing culture has to be handed down from generation to generation.

Original title: Liu Peiqi: Beijing culture has to be passed down from generation to generation.

The urban family life drama "Shichahai" is being broadcast on CCTV 1. The drama is based on Shichahai Hutong, and tells the story of the life of a famous chef named Gongting Cuisine, who is trivial and full of fireworks for Tianyi family. Zhuang Weitian in the play is out of tune with the current living atmosphere. Liu Peiqi, the actor, said that what impressed him most in this play was Zhuang Weitian’s adherence to traditional culture, whether cooking or being a man. He hopes that through this drama about food, young people can learn more about Beijing’s humanities and regional culture and pass on the tradition of stressing rules and virtues.

  Absorbed nutrition from young actors

Unlike before, when filming Beijing-style dramas, Zhuang Weitian was a famous chef who was "a descendant of Manchu court dishes, and the American President and French Counsellor all ate his dishes". Liu Peiqi revealed that he doesn’t cook at ordinary times, so this lesson is not easy to do. At the shooting scene, he can only consult the chef who cooks and make up for it temporarily. "We will take some time to understand the procedure of cooking this dish and ensure that the color and fragrance of the dish on the table are that kind of effect. In the process of filming, there will also be a chef to guide our professional movements, including knife work, plate setting, etc., all with on-site guidance. "

Shichahai is about food and inheritance. In the play, the traditional life of the older generation strolling in the park, playing Tai Chi and singing Beijing Opera is influenced by the new ideas of young people. While young people pursue fresh excitement, they are also moved by the virtue and ingenuity of the older generation. Several main characters sometimes collide with new and old ideas, while Guan Xiaotong, Leo and other young actors have always "praised" Liu Peiqi: "They are polite and polite, especially in artistic creation, which is really worth learning. Although I am an old actor, I have to learn nutrition from young children. This is a rare time and a very harmonious cooperation. "

Liu Peiqi said that he especially hoped that through this play, young children could learn more about Beijing and understand its culture. "Now that the Internet is developed, children’s vision is not limited to Beijing, but to a city in China. But the cultural heritage of Beijing has to be passed down from generation to generation, especially the children in Beijing. For example, Guan Xiaotong, who plays Xiaoxiao in our play, is a Beijing child and is deeply influenced by traditional culture. Why is she so polite and polite? Guan Xueceng, the master of Qin Shu, is her grandfather, and her family style is here. This thing is still very precious. "

Cherish "Xiu De is unknown, and goodness knows."

In Shichahai, the old couple, Zhuang Weitian and Aunt Jin, made candy from time to time, which made the audience very envious. Many netizens said that "Aunt Jin is Uncle Zhuang’s soft rib". In this regard, Liu Peiqi agrees, "Aunt Jin was born in Wangfu Gege, and grew up and lived in the same courtyard. He was so happy to climb high and marry Gege, and he felt that he was also a success in life." Gege is very cultured, proficient in piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, and accurate in understanding things, so Zhuang Weitian has been immersed in love all his life. "Marriage is eternal with him. Being able to marry Aunt Jin is the happiness of his life. " Liu Peiqi said.

Liu Peiqi said that, like Zhuang Weitian, he is also very fond of joking in his life, and his life philosophy is to "run in the direction of happiness". In order to play the "old CP" in the play, Liu Peiqi specially set up many interesting bridges between the old couple during the performance: "For example, when I threw the orange peel on her painting case, she threw it back without lifting her head, just throwing it in Zhuang Weitian’s face. These little life details are all about expressing the feelings of the old couple."

In Liu Peiqi’s view, the role of Zhuang Weitian also has his shortcomings. For example, it is very traditional. Cooking skills are passed down from male to female, resulting in no successors. He even tampered with his son’s wishes and forced him to learn to cook in a technical secondary school. Just like what some netizens said, "feudal paternalism", he did not bow his head to apologize to the younger generation when he did something wrong, and he also opposed his daughter’s marrying a foreigner. But these "shortcomings" are precisely the core of the contradiction between Zhuang Weitian’s generation’s adherence to traditional culture and Shichahai’s drama. "An era has the cognition of an era, and Zhuang Weitian represents a traditional, universal and older generation concept."

What impressed Liu Peiqi most in this play was Zhuang Weitian’s adherence to traditional culture, whether cooking or being a man. "Virtue is greater than that of a gentleman, and virtue is greater than that of a villain. The traditional idea that no one in Xiu De sees it, and that there is a god who knows how to do good, is almost gone in this generation. In the future, our post-90 s and post-00 s will be the mainstay of society. Will this tradition be broken? This is one of my doubts. Therefore, when I interpret this character, I will try my best to show Zhuang Weitian’s urgent mood of inheriting cooking, as well as the standards of being a rule and virtue. " (Qiu Wei)

Highlight and look forward! Innovation of "Three Platforms" to Create a Never-ending Digital China Construction Summit

CCTV News:The 5th Digital China Construction Summit will be held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province from July 23rd to 24th, 2022. As a pioneer city of digital China, Fuzhou has successfully held four Digital China Construction Summits, and created and displayed a series of digital application scenarios, such as brushing your face, driving without driving, and trusted digital identity. Through the construction of "three platforms", this summit will help realize intelligent conference service and "on-the-cloud" experience in the whole process, and create a never-ending digital China construction summit.

Lin Baojin, member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and secretary of Fuzhou Municipal Committee, introduced that the summit has optimized and upgraded the platform of "Digital Conference and Exhibition" and "Summit on the Cloud", and newly built the platform of "International Digital Products Expo on the Cloud". Among them, the "digital conference exhibition" platform mainly includes four parts: registration system, summit official website, big data monitoring system and intelligent conference system; The two platforms of "Summit on the Cloud" and "International Digital Products Expo on the Cloud" mainly break the offline time and space restrictions through two online exhibitions, and realize the never-ending Digital China Construction Summit.

It is reported that compared with previous summits, this summit has three highlights: First, the exhibition forms are more abundant, with more than 550 units exhibiting in the cloud, relying on meta-cosmic technology to support virtual image customization, digital human walking, AI explanation, photo punching and multi-person online exhibition, which will bring more immersive feelings; Second, the supply-demand docking is more efficient. By building an intelligent platform, the supply and demand sides can release the demand online with one click, and the system can intelligently match and push the match. Third, online and offline are more integrated. Sub-forums, innovation competitions, product launches and other activities will be broadcast live online through the platform to create a "second scene" of the summit, so that more people can immediately understand the grand occasion of the summit.

Guterres is furious! Rare condemnation, what is the reason?

Reference News Network reported on July 7 According to the Associated Press, UN Secretary-General Guterres rarely condemned Israel on the 6 th, denouncing its largest military action against a refugee camp in the West Bank in 20 years as excessive use of force.

Guterres is obviously very angry at Israel’s attack on Jenin refugee camp. He said that more than 100 civilians were injured, thousands of people were forced to flee, schools and hospitals were damaged, and water and electricity supply was interrupted.

He also criticized Israel for preventing medical and humanitarian workers from reaching all those in need.

According to the report, Guterres told reporters: "I strongly condemn all violence against civilians, including terrorist acts."

When asked whether this condemnation was directed at Israel, he replied: "This is a condemnation of all acts of excessive use of force. Obviously, the Israeli army is currently using excessive force. "

He once again called on Israel to "abide by the provisions of international law."

According to foreign media reports, about 1,000 Israeli soldiers attacked Jenin with the support of drones on the 3rd. Israel says the target is the "command center" of the militants. This is considered to be the largest military operation launched by Israel in the West Bank in 20 years.

The office of President Mahmoud Abbas of the State of Palestine issued a statement on the 3rd, saying that the Palestinian side suspended all contacts and security coordination with Israel after Israel launched military operations, which caused a large number of Palestinian casualties.
