According to the division of responsibilities of each office in the group after the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system, the Group Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team has formulated "Guidance and Response of the Group Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team to Relevant Matters of the Disciplinary Committee of Directly Affiliated Units and Division of Work", which made it clear that each office of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team should guide and respond to relevant matters of the Disciplinary Committee of Directly Affiliated Units, and each office should perform its own duties, strengthen classified guidance and give accurate opinions on the handling opinions put forward by the Disciplinary Committee of relevant units, and promote strict discipline of the Disciplinary Committee of directly affiliated units through guidance and control, thus providing a strong guarantee for the proper handling of cases.
According to the respective characteristics of the discipline review work of each subordinate unit, the discipline inspection and supervision group of the Group has adopted different means such as macro guidance, classified guidance and case guidance to form a joint force from top to bottom, effectively promoting the discipline review of discipline inspection committees at all levels to achieve practical results. At the same time, the Group’s Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team urged the Disciplinary Committees of all directly affiliated units to strictly implement the dual leadership system of discipline inspection, especially in key links such as clue management, review and investigation, and handling of punishment, and put forward strict requirements for asking for instructions and reporting, and resolutely corrected the problem of "loose and soft" discipline through auditing.

Insist on promoting reform through cases, deeply analyze the location, causes and characteristics of cases of violation of discipline and law, put forward rectification suggestions to the Group and relevant departments and units, and pay close attention to the rectification situation to ensure that the rectification is in place.
Establish the "Working Measures for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Suggestions of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of China Ocean Shipping Group (Trial)", further strengthen the role of discipline inspection and supervision suggestions in the supervision and discipline work, and constantly improve the mechanism of finding problems, correcting mistakes in time and accurately disciplining. Focusing on the requirements of the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system, the discipline inspection and supervision group of the Group has formulated 36 measures in 7 aspects to improve the discipline inspection and supervision system and mechanism. The clue handling and review investigation work, including investigating and handling mental problems in violation of the eight central regulations, is an important part of the assessment of the secretary and deputy secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, and strict assessment is carried out to honor rewards and punishments.
At the meeting of the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the directly affiliated unit, the disciplinary Committee of the unit with lax discipline and inaction was criticized by name, and the typical cases of lax discipline were exposed in the whole system. Notify the investigation data of each unit every quarter, interview the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the unit with zero case handling and zero number of "first form" every year, and incorporate the case handling as an important indicator into the assessment of the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. Establish and improve the system of inspection, guidance, review, assessment and accountability for handling cases, and clearly put forward the requirement that "in case of misjudged cases handled and reviewed by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of directly affiliated units, according to the seriousness of the case, informed criticism, the secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and the deputy secretary in charge of the relevant units shall not be rated as excellent, or it is suggested that the party group or the party committee of the relevant units should be relieved of the post of secretary and deputy secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and be assigned another job". Give full play to the role of the "baton" of the secretary and deputy secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, urge the secretary and deputy secretary of the Disciplinary Committee to focus on the main responsibility and strictly observe discipline, truly adhere to the main tone of "strictness" for a long time, and promote the effective implementation of the work of strictly administering the party in an all-round way.
