Daughter coming back: a microcosm of narrative defects of domestic suspense online drama

As a new season drama series of "Fog Theater", the opening of "Daughter Coming Back" has aroused the attention and heated discussion of the audience, and it has been highly praised because of its "brain burning" of the plot and the online performance of the actors, and even praised "the return of Fog Theater". However, in the middle of the series, the looseness of the follow-up plot and the rationality of the narrative were questioned by the audience, which led to the continuous decline of word of mouth, and the Douban score dropped to the passing line at the end. It can be said that "Daughter Coming Back" can’t escape the fate that the original suspense online drama of "Misty Theater" has a high reputation and the audience’s expectation has failed, and its narrative defect has also become a microcosm of the deep-seated problems of domestic suspense online drama.

If we count from the crime of undocumented in 2017, the domestic suspense online drama represented by "Fog Theater" has become a very subdivided type of online drama. Thanks to the development of genre models of suspense film and television works in Europe, America and Japan, as well as the literary foundation of Zi Jinchen’s original novels, and the participation of a group of directors with European and American film and television professional backgrounds, the domestic suspense online drama has set off a creative upsurge: after the crime without a license and chasing after the murder in the daytime aroused the audience’s expectation, the popularity and high reputation of Hidden Corner and Silent Truth in 2020 further established the status of "fog theater" as an industry drama, which gave birth to suspense. However, since then, the original script of Fog Theater has not been explored smoothly due to the defects of suspense narration, although the series such as Goodbye that Day, Fog in the Eight Diagrams Pavilion, Who is the murderer, Deadly Wish and Gold Rush have gathered a cast and production team that can not be underestimated, presenting an overall industry dilemma of the original domestic suspense online drama.

Generally speaking, domestic suspense online dramas, including "Misty Theater", follow a narrative mode of "social school" reasoning that combines suspense with reality. This choice is not only related to the policy advocacy of realistic themes of local film and television dramas, but also the communication strategy of online drama producers trying to break the genre boundaries and break the circle of audiences with realistic topics. At a deeper level, it is also the consistent cultural practice of local film and television dramas to highlight the theme of family humanity and social issues. Therefore, under the label of "crime" and "suspense", most of the dramas of "Fog Theater" highlight the human evil brought by family of origin and social power. For example, The Hidden Corner, The Fog in the Octagon Pavilion, Very Witness and Ten-Day Game all involve family relations issues that Chinese is particularly concerned about. Different from the hard reasoning that pays attention to the detective’s puzzle solving process, the social reasoning suspense drama pays more attention to the deep integration of social factors and human problems, and its puzzle solving process lies in showing the deep-seated human evil step by step, and pays more attention to the deep-seated social problems of all people doing evil in the context of a specific era. For example, the society and power system revealed in Silent Truth. This means that there is a close combination between this social problem consciousness and narrative suspense puzzles: in the narrative process of "throwing puzzles-solving puzzles-uncovering puzzles",Construct the rationality and logic of solid details, plots and characters’ behaviors, so that genre narration and social problems can be deeply integrated. By this measure, The Daughter Who Came Back has representatively exposed the narrative defects faced by local suspense online dramas.

Daughter Back is still a social reasoning network drama with the theme of family suspense. The drama is set in Tanling County, which was developed in the southwest of China in 1997 due to the third-line construction. It tells the story of Chen Youxi, a young girl adopted by Jieshan Welfare Institute. Xiaoxiu, a good friend who works as a home nanny in Li Chengdong, director of the county fertilizer factory office, mysteriously disappeared after discovering the Li family’s secret. In order to find the mystery of Xiaoxiu’s disappearance, she fled the welfare home and came to Tanling, pretending that Li Wenwen, the daughter of the Li family who had been missing for many years, sneaked into the Li family to find clues. From the perspective of Chen Youxi as an intruder, with the help of Xiao Xiu’s prospective boyfriend Cheng Wei, the drama gradually discovers the secrets and sins of the Li family through multiple struggles with his mother Liao Suifang, his father Li Chengdong and Liao Suifang’s lover Wang Zhongjiang. As a family suspense drama, The Daughter Who Came Back focuses on the complex game between the family members involved in the murder case, and how the characters form the "hunter" and "prey" and the relationship between the strong and the weak in various human motives and actions: Chen Youxi, as an intruder, seems to have the initiative, but in fact his identity and actions are in Liao Suifang’s hands; However, Li Chengdong, a weak husband in the marriage relationship, was very humble and obedient to keep Liao Suifang. In fact, it is precisely the perpetrators with the deepest intentions; And mentally retarded Li Wenzhuo seems to be kind and powerless. Is he a real murderer … … The series brings questions about who killed Xiaoxiu, the mystery of Li Wenwen’s death and whether Li Wenzhuo is really stupid or fake. The calmness and lust behind Liao Suifang, played by Mei Ting, and the complex character of Li Chengdong, played by Yanhui Wang, which is honest and humble on the surface, make the reverse relationship between these characters and the hidden level of human nature behind the murder case better presented.

However, similar to other social mystery dramas in Misty Theater, Daughter Coming Back has three obvious narrative defects, which make the narrative tension constructed by the contrast between the actor’s superb performance and the characters still unable to save its reputation:

First of all, as a suspense drama of social reasoning, its realistic problem consciousness does not go deep into the internal texture of narration, and stays at the superficial atmosphere of the times and the superficial psychological consciousness level, which fails to become a part of the deep-seated characters’ behavioral motives, thus showing a typical "sense of decoration of the times" drawback.Although director Lv Xing himself emphasized the typology and problem consciousness of creation, and published a document stressing that his narrative should focus on showing the relationship between the background of fund-raising tide, third-line construction and laid-off tide, detention and repatriation system, Qigong fever and other backgrounds existing in China society in the late 1990s and the mentality and fate of the characters at that time, from the perspective of drama narrative, these did not really form the deep-seated logic of his narrative, nor did they become a part of clues. The most important background in the play can be said to be the decline of the chemical fertilizer plant and the laid-off workers, which constitutes the background of Li Chengdong’s psychological loss and his fragile "pride" (used to show off in front of Liao Suifang as a red man of the factory director), but the real problem between him and Liao Suifang lies in his desire and Liao Suifang’s lack of love for him. Similarly, Wang Zhongjiang, who is his rival in love, is involved in the social context of wealth, and its complex relationship (how to get out of the chemical fertilizer factory, what it has experienced, why people are attached to raising funds, and how to have an accident) how to form an image of the relationship between the three people, which is vague in the play, not given an explanation and presentation, and not even entered the narrative context. Wang Zhongjiang’s plot line and the weakening consciousness of social problems behind it are difficult to support the narrative significance that the director’s intention and narrative background may bring, and eventually become a simple background decoration.

Secondly, as a typed narrative, both social reasoning and case reasoning need to follow the principle of "Puzzle Throwing — — The emergence of evidence — — The revelation of the mystery runs through the basic logic, which makes the progress of the plot and the audience’s participation form an intellectual wrestling with each other. However, there is an obvious problem of "puzzle loss" in Daughter Back, which leads to the separation between narrative progress and audience’s participation. In the first half of the plot, The Daughter Who Comes Back throws at least four puzzles: (1) The mystery of the identity of the monkey masked man; (2) Xiaoxiu leaves or the mystery of death (whether to leave or not? What is Xiaoxiu’s real personality? Who killed Xiao Xiu? How did Xiao Xiu die? What about Xiao Xiu’s body? (3) The mystery of whether Li Wenzhuo really burned his brain and whether he killed people; (4) The mystery of Li Wenwen’s disappearance and death, etc. These problems all lead to a direction of "all people are evil", and also make the criticism of the universal evil of human nature behind an era context a possible construction of the theme that the audience expects. However, after the series throws out questions, the plot is constantly turning over, and the focus of the questions is constantly changing. For the original puzzles, the answers are revealed in an effortless and narrative way: for example, the monkey mask man is just a rogue, and coincidentally reveals the mystery that Li Wenwen died in a washing machine. And why is Li Wenzhuo there every time the Monkey Mask Man appears? For another example, what kind of person is Xiaoxiu, and is there a relationship between her death and her real personality? … … None of these questions give clear answers in the play. Although the series gives many fragmentary clues, Wang Zhongjiang’s positive personality and light death lead to a lot of redundant details and plots being invalid. In the end, taking Li Chengdong as the subject of doing evil and accepting the crime runs counter to the audience’s guess that all the people are doing evil, which greatly weakens the intelligence of the narrative and the depth of the theme.

Thirdly, from the level of suspense narrative, narrative rationality is the most critical factor for the success of suspense drama, and the rationality of details, plots and characters constitutes three key elements of suspense narrative rationality, but The Daughter Who Came Back has obvious rationality defects in these three aspects. For example, the fact that Liao Suifang went to grandma Cheng Wei’s house to look for Chen Youxi’s things and glanced at the photos of Cheng Wei’s parents on the wall was not necessarily related to the narrative; As a patient in a mental hospital, it is also questionable how MengMeng got the key to a mental hospital and got in and out freely. In a suspense drama supported by solid realistic details, it is also abrupt to take the "flying butterfly" as the confirmation details of the relationship between Li Wenzhuo and Li Wenwen. On the rationality of the plot, what is criticized is why Wang Zhongjiang’s family can let anyone in and out freely, so that Cheng Wei can sneak in twice to steal blood tests and steal videos; And why was Liao Suifang so calm when she saw the obviously false report on the DNA report? Furthermore, from the character, Liao Suifang, who is so smart and careful, drank Li Chengdong’s poisonous soup defenseless before going to the Public Security Bureau in the last episode? And Chen Youxi can see that Li Chengdong lied and admitted to killing Xiaoxiu, but he was so out of control after Li Wenzhuo said he choked Xiaoxiu? And so on, all confuse the audience. This separation of details, plots and characters is a serious damage to narrative rationality.

The above-mentioned problems of "The Daughter Coming Back" are the common problems existing in the original suspense online drama of "Misty Theater". Without the adaptation of Zi Jinchen’s original novel, the creation of the original suspense narrative script of social school reasoning, the deep-seated narrative integration of social problem consciousness, the construction of typed puzzle narrative and the solid construction of logical rationality are all key issues to test the creation of local suspense online drama. How to get rid of the "sense of decoration of the times" and make people get a deep social representation of sexual sin, how to avoid the "puzzle loss" and how to form the narrative tension of audience participation in suspense narrative, and how to get solid details support through the multi-level rationality of logic, fundamentally determine how far the local original suspense online drama can go. Chengdu: First-class early warning of heavy polluted weather, implementation of single and even number restrictions within the city.

"Emergency Plan for Heavy Pollution Weather in Chengdu (Trial)" (draft for comments) was issued.

The Emergency Plan for Heavily Polluted Weather in Chengdu (Trial) (draft for comments), which was researched and formulated by the relevant departments led by the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, was officially open to the public for comments. Yesterday, the reporter learned from the special press conference held by the Municipal Government Information Office that the "Draft for Comment on the Plan" clearly stated that open-air barbecues are strictly prohibited in the expressway around the city when the three-level (yellow) warning is activated; During the second-level (orange) warning, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens will stop outdoor sports, and the restricted area of motor vehicle tail number will be extended to around the city; When the first-class (red) warning is given, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens will be closed, enterprises and institutions can implement flexible working system, and motor vehicles are restricted to single and even numbers within the city.

Listen to that opinions of national expert

It is understood that in recent years, the city has continuously carried out pollution prevention and control work such as gas-related enterprises, motor vehicle exhaust, dust, cooking fume and oil and gas recovery, vigorously carried out special actions to ban straw burning, implemented coal ban and clean energy transformation, and completely closed enterprises such as Jialing Power Plant; In the past five years, the average concentration of major pollutants has remained basically the same with the rapid economic development. The relevant person in charge said frankly, despite this, air quality improvement is a long-term process. At present, the total amount of air pollutants discharged is still high, and due to the influence of the basin climate, when meteorological conditions that are not conducive to the diffusion of air pollutants continue to appear, different degrees of air pollution may occur.

The relevant person in charge said that according to the relevant requirements of the State Council’s Air Pollution Prevention Action Plan, in order to alleviate environmental air pollution and protect public health, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, together with the Municipal Economic and Information Committee, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, the Municipal Construction Committee, the Municipal Traffic Management Bureau, the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Meteorological Bureau and other relevant departments, jointly drafted the Draft of the Plan for Comment, aiming at reducing pollution emissions, slowing down pollution levels and preventing the acute impact of heavy air pollution on the health of citizens, especially sensitive special people.

It is understood that experts from Tsinghua University, china environmental science Research Institute, Nankai University, Sichuan University, and chengdu university of information technology were invited during the drafting of the Draft Plan for Exposure, and combined with the new national air quality standards and the present situation of ambient air quality in Chengdu, the air pollution control ideas were put forward. At the same time, after the official implementation of the Draft Plan for Comment, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau will, together with relevant departments, invite top domestic experts to evaluate the implementation effect of the Plan, further optimize and improve it according to the evaluation, and make it public in time.

93 industrial enterprises stopped production and production.

It is understood that according to the preliminary investigation, the "Draft for Comment on the Plan" identified the list of 93 industrial enterprises that limited production (stopped production) in our city in 2013. In case of heavy pollution, the production will be limited (stopped production) according to the warning level. According to the relevant person in charge, the list of 93 industrial enterprises with limited production (stop production) is based on the list of enterprises with limited production (stop production) put forward by experts from Tsinghua University, Nankai University, China Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, and proved to be effective through practice. At the same time, according to the "Draft for Comment on the Plan", the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau and the Municipal Economic and Information Committee will dynamically update the list of enterprises that have limited production (stopped production) before March 1 each year. Of course, in addition to the list of industrial enterprises that have limited production (stopped production), the Municipal Construction Committee and the Municipal Housing Management Bureau and other relevant member units will dynamically update the list of relevant construction sites in a timely manner and establish a list of construction sites that have stopped during heavy pollution weather.

In view of the restrictions on motor vehicles implemented in heavily polluted weather, at yesterday’s press conference, the person in charge of the traffic control department revealed that in the second-level warning, the restricted area of motor vehicle tail numbers will be expanded to around the city. At that time, the traffic control department will set up obvious signs along the road to remind the general public. In the first-level warning, the single and double numbers of motor vehicles around the city will be restricted, and the number of the restricted line will be determined according to the date of the warning day. In addition, the person in charge also said that after the formal implementation of the plan, anyone who violates the restrictions will be punished according to the current punishment standard for motor vehicle tail number restrictions. "However, the formal rules will be announced to the public when the plan is revised and officially released according to the comments." The person in charge said.

The second part of the 2024 annual departmental budget report

All departments strengthen deployment, actively respond, and "protect" the cold wave and snowfall.

CCTV News:The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue six early warnings on February 21, and it is expected that the large-scale rain, snow and freezing weather in the central and eastern regions will continue on February 21 and enter the strongest period of rain and snow.

According to reports, as of noon on the 21 ST, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued six warnings for the third consecutive day, which is extremely rare in the same period. Among them, the orange warning of cold wave is the highest level, and the warning of blizzard is upgraded from the 20th to yellow. Weather such as freezing rain or ice particles may affect at least seven provinces. With the unusually strong warm and humid airflow, it is easy to induce strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and short-term heavy rainfall. This year, the blue warning of strong convective weather was released obviously early, and the subsequent cooling mainly appeared in the south.

Li Ning, a meteorologist from China Meteorological Bureau, explained that the cumulative temperature drop in some parts of southern China will reach or even exceed 20 degrees Celsius. After the temperature drop, there will be frequent rain and snow, which will lead to the continuous significant low temperature in Henan, Hubei, Hunan and other places. The main duration is from 23rd to 27th, so we should pay attention to keeping warm. In addition, the yellow warning of blizzard will continue to take effect on February 21, and some areas in Shandong, Henan and Hubei will continue to encounter heavy snowstorms. On the south side of the blizzard area, at least seven provinces from Guizhou to Jiangsu will be threatened by freezing weather, among which the freezing rain in Hubei and Hunan will last longer, so we must be vigilant.

In addition to the snowstorm and freezing weather, we can see that the weather changes very frequently in the next six days, such as Wuhan and Changsha. In the next five or six days, it will almost be rainy and snowy every day. Changsha has the longest freezing rain, and Wuhan will also have such complicated precipitation phases as freezing rain, snowfall and rainfall after heavy snowfall.

Experts said that among many forms of precipitation, ice particles and freezing rain are relatively rare, which is related to the thickness of the warm layer in the air. When ice crystals and snowflakes in the high air pass through the warm layer, they will melt. If they re-freeze before reaching the ground, they will fall to the ground as ice particles. When cold water drops at about 0 degrees meet the ground at about 0 degrees, they will quickly freeze and form freezing rain, which is the main cause.

According to the weather situation, Li Ning, a meteorologist of China Meteorological Bureau, said that freezing rain will quickly freeze after it falls to the ground, and with the freezing rain continuing, the thickness of ground ice will continue to increase, which has a greater impact on traffic. In addition to the impact on road traffic travel, it will also cause the wires to be covered with ice, so the impact of freezing rain is even greater for high-speed rail travel and air travel.

Emergency Management Department: Hubei, Henan and Anhui launched a four-level emergency response to low-temperature rain, snow and freezing disasters.

In view of the wide influence of the large-scale freezing process of rain and snow, the complex phase of rain and snow and the large area of freezing rain, the emergency management department launched a four-level emergency response to low-temperature freezing rain and snow disasters in Anhui, Henan and Hubei yesterday (20th).

On February 20th, the Office of the National Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief Committee and the Emergency Management Department, together with the China Meteorological Bureau, continued to organize joint consultations, video dispatching Hebei, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Shandong, Anhui, Hubei and other provinces, and targeted deployment of prevention and response work in key areas.

At present, it is at the peak of Spring Festival travel rush’s return trip, and the risk of low-temperature rain, snow and freezing disasters is high. At 12: 00 on February 20th, the emergency management department launched a four-level emergency response for Anhui, Henan and Hubei. Relevant regions are required to pay close attention to weather changes, strengthen organizational leadership and overall coordination, give play to the leading role of disaster reduction committees or special command agencies, strengthen joint consultation, judgment and departmental coordination, strengthen emergency rescue forces and materials preset and dispatched, make all preparations for disaster relief in advance, and make every effort to deal with sudden dangers and disasters. The Office of the National Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief Committee sent working groups to Henan, Anhui and Hubei to help guide the prevention and response work.

On the Development History of China Restaurants

During this time, I read a book, which was written by Katie Rosen, a professor at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. In his book, he wrote: "The earliest restaurant in the world appeared in Kaifeng, the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty around 1100 AD …" I really can’t agree with this conclusion.

When did the China restaurant appear? Although there is no detailed record in the history books. However, according to Han Feizi, as early as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, there were many wineries in the urban and rural areas of the Song Dynasty, such as the Zhuang family, which were "very beautiful for wine" and "very hospitable to guests", and "hung high" outside the wineries. The "sign" here is equivalent to the "screen" or "curtain" for later wineries to attract customers. At the same time, Records of the Historian, which was written more than 2,000 years ago, recorded that Liu Bang, the Emperor Gaozu, was lustful and joyful when he was young. He often went to Wang Wei and Wu Fu to drink on credit and fell asleep when he was drunk. Wang Wei and Wu Fu also found that whenever Liu Bang drinks in the shop, the number of people who come to buy wine will increase exponentially.

Xin Yannian, a famous poet in the Eastern Han Dynasty, once wrote a poem in "Yu Lin Lang": "In the fifteenth year of Hu Ji’s reign, spring will be the only day. Long tie, wide sleeves, acacia …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. As far as I’m concerned, I’m asking for rare dishes, and I’m eating carp in a golden plate. " These poems vividly show that as early as the Qin and Han Dynasties, China not only had a liquor store specializing in selling wine, but also used exquisite wine utensils, and even the shredded carp in the golden plate was cut very beautifully.

The reason why Katie Rosen set the appearance time of China restaurant in the Northern Song Dynasty may be influenced by the separate dining system in China. The dining system in China has a long history, and it was still popular in the Han Dynasty at least 2,000 years ago. When eating separately, everyone sits on the floor, with a low small dining table with utensils and wine on it. If someone comes to propose a toast, the diner will leave the small table and prostrate himself on the ground in order to show his humility and respect for the toaster, so it is called "avoiding seats".

During the period of Emperor Wudi of the Han Dynasty, Tian Fen, the uncle of Emperor Liu Che, was married, and the civil and military officials in the DPRK went to congratulate her. During the dinner, in order to thank the guests, Tian Fen got up and made a toast. The guests who were sitting left their seats and fell on the ground, expressing their gratitude. In order to ease the contradiction with Tian Fen, Dou Ying, the prime minister of the dynasty, also took the opportunity to stand up and propose a toast to the guests. Among the guests present, except for some old friends of Dou Ying who got up and left their seats, the rest half of them sat there as usual, only slightly indebted to the upper body. Therefore, Dou Ying’s intimate friend irrigation husband made a big banquet in order to save face for Dou Ying. Eventually, Tian Dou became hostile, and Guan Fu and Dou Ying were beheaded successively.

During the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, frequent wars made the traditional customs, life order and closely related etiquette system established in the Central Plains since the Yin and Zhou Dynasties strongly impacted. Especially with the influx of high tables and chairs in the western regions, the dining system of sitting on the floor in the Central Plains has also changed.

The time from China’s meal-sharing system to dinner-sharing system is also vague. However, at least we have seen the embryonic form of dinner-sharing system in the famous masterpiece Han Xizai’s Night Banquet by Gu Hongzhong, a famous painter in the Southern Tang Dynasty. In this famous painting, there are not only high tables and big chairs, but also many people eating at the same table. Although the food placed in front of each of them is exactly the same, it is still very different from the dining system in Qin and Han Dynasties.

In the Northern Song Dynasty, the dining system has become the mainstream of society, which we can see from Zhang Zeduan’s The Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival. Let me tell you another story here: During the Northern Song Dynasty, Wang Anshi’s colleagues invited him to dinner and found that Wang Anshi only ate the nearest dish of taro. Wang Anshi’s colleagues thought that Wang Anshi liked taro and sent many taro to the palace afterwards. Mrs. Wang was surprised and said, "My" xianggong "doesn’t like taro. Isn’t there any other food before my" xianggong "?

From this allusion, we can also know that the separation and gathering in the Northern Song Dynasty was very popular. The prevalence of separation and gathering, as Katie Rosen wrote in "Xiasa Pavilion", "benefits from Kaifeng’s huge population, relatively prosperous economy and rich food categories and cooking methods". As far as Tokyo, the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty, is concerned, the famous restaurants are Fan Lou, Panlou, Huixian Restaurant, etc. If the plot of Water Margin is to be believed, it is in Jiangzhou Xunyang Building that Sung River burps, rides in a drunken mood, grinds to a thick ink and dips in his pen, and inscribes the "anti-poem" on the white powder wall that makes him have no turning back.

Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Opinions of the State Council Economic Restructuring Office and Other Departments on Rectifying and Standardizing the Drug Market

No.22 [2001] of Guangdong Government Office

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Forwarding the State Council General Office to the State Council Economic Restructuring Office and other departments.

Notice on rectifying and standardizing the opinions of the pharmaceutical market

People’s governments of cities, counties and autonomous counties, and relevant units directly under the provincial capital:

Now, with the consent of the provincial people’s government, we will forward the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Opinions of the State Council Economic Restructuring Office and other departments on rectifying and standardizing the drug market (No.17 [2001] of the State Council, hereinafter referred to as the Notice) to you, and now we put forward the following opinions, please implement them together.

First, rectifying and standardizing the drug market is an important measure to standardize the drug circulation order and promote the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry. People’s governments at all levels and relevant departments should strictly follow the spirit of the the State Council Notice and the arrangements of the provincial party committee and government for rectifying the market economic order, intensify the rectification of the pharmaceutical market, and severely crack down on illegal and criminal activities of manufacturing and selling counterfeit and inferior drugs. Governments at all levels should be serious and responsible, resolutely oppose all forms of local protectionism, take practical and effective measures, strengthen supervision of the drug market in their respective jurisdictions, and investigate and deal with all kinds of illegal and illegal drug trading.

Two, all levels of health, price, economy and trade, drug supervision, Chinese medicine and other departments should improve the centralized bidding and purchasing system of drugs, and strengthen the supervision of drug bidding and purchasing behavior and price. This year, the main drug varieties of medical institutions at or above the county level in the province should be fully purchased by centralized bidding, and the bidding volume of drugs should reach more than 50% of the usage. On the premise of not exceeding the maximum retail price stipulated by the government, the winning drugs can be priced according to the difference rate stipulated by the bid price; Most of the benefits of reducing drug prices through bidding procurement should benefit patients. All relevant departments should strive to improve the transparency of drug prices. For drugs with market-regulated prices, it is necessary to gradually print retail prices on drug packaging, so as to clearly mark prices. Resolutely crack down on indiscriminate price increases or low-price dumping, maintain normal drug price order, and effectively protect the vital interests of the people.

Three, all localities should combine this year to carry out the "anti misleading, false" advertising market governance special action, comprehensively rectify the drug advertising market order. Focus on the control of illegal, illegal, unscientific, exaggerated efficacy, deceiving consumers; Severely punish acts that interfere with people’s rational and safe use of drugs, and standardize the release order of drug advertisements. Those who publish false drug advertisements after investigation shall be punished according to law.

Four, rectify and standardize the drug market is an important work related to people’s health and social stability and development. Governments at all levels and relevant departments should, in combination with the actual situation of their own departments in the region, pay close attention to formulating implementation plans to ensure that all measures to rectify and standardize the drug market are implemented.

Notice on rectifying and standardizing the opinions of the pharmaceutical market

Guo Ban Fa [2001] No.17

People’s governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, ministries and commissions and institutions directly under the State Council:

The State Council Economic Restructuring Office, the State Planning Commission, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Health, the State Drug Administration and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce "Opinions on Rectifying and Regulating the Drug Market" have been approved by the State Council, and are hereby forwarded to you, please implement them carefully.

General Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China

March 10, 2001

Opinions on rectifying and standardizing the pharmaceutical market

The State Council Economic Restructuring Office, State Planning Commission and State Economic and Trade Commission

Ministry of Health, State Drug Administration and State Administration for Industry and Commerce

(January 19th, 2001)

In order to further implement the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Guiding Opinions of the State Council Economic Restructuring Office and Other Departments on the Reform of Urban Medical and Health System (No.16 [2000] of Guo Ban Fa), deepen the reform of pharmaceutical production and circulation system, promote the transformation of functions of relevant government departments, strengthen supervision, treat both the symptoms and root causes, intensify the rectification of the pharmaceutical market, standardize the order of the pharmaceutical market, and promote the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, we hereby put forward the following opinions:

First, crack down on illegal and criminal activities of manufacturing and selling counterfeit and inferior drugs.

All regions and relevant departments should continue to crack down on the illegal and criminal activities of manufacturing and selling fake and inferior drugs on the basis of conscientiously implementing the notice of the State Council on launching joint action to crack down on illegal and criminal activities of manufacturing and selling fake and inferior commodities (Guo Fa [2000] No.32). For major and important cases of manufacturing and selling fake and inferior drugs that have been discovered, drug supervision, public security, industrial and commercial administration, supervision and other departments should trace back to the source, thoroughly identify manufacturing and selling dens, circulation channels, storage places, sales places and people involved, eliminate the root causes of manufacturing and selling fake and inferior drugs, resolutely punish criminals and disciplinary personnel, and especially punish the chief criminals and recidivists who manufacture and sell fake and inferior drugs and constitute crimes quickly and severely according to law. Drug supervision and other departments should adhere to the combination of centralized rectification and strengthening daily supervision, strengthen market supervision and deepen reform, combine counterfeiting with supporting excellent enterprises, improve the drug quality supervision system and inspection system, and purify the drug market environment.

Two, the rectification of all kinds of illegal and illegal drug business behavior.

It is necessary to take practical and effective measures to comprehensively strengthen the management of drug market access, rectify all kinds of illegal and illegal drug sales, ban unlicensed drug sales and illegal transactions, and investigate and deal with giving and receiving kickbacks and other commercial bribery in drug purchase and sale activities. In the work of banning drug markets, it is necessary to implement the responsibility system of local governments and resolutely oppose various forms of local protectionism. Relevant parties should unify their thinking, cooperate with each other, consolidate the achievements of rectifying the pharmaceutical market, and properly handle the aftermath. If the banned illegal drug trading market turns dark or resurfaces, it should continue to be severely cracked down and severely punished. If the problem is serious, the relevant localities, departments and their responsible persons should be held accountable.

Three, strictly implement the drug management system of separating government from enterprise.

Drug supervision and other relevant departments shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the State Council on Approving the Reform Plan of Drug Supervision and Management System in National Medical Products Administration (Guo Fa [2000] No.10), follow the principle of separating government from enterprises, separating supervision and law enforcement from industry management functions, highlighting supervision and management, being unified and efficient, and being consistent in responsibilities and rights, speed up the reform of drug supervision and management system and improve the drug supervision and management system. Drug supervision and other departments should be completely decoupled from their affiliated pharmaceutical companies or pharmaceutical institutions affiliated in various forms and names, and should not maintain economic interests with any pharmaceutical institutions. In the development of pharmaceutical industry and enterprises, we should support and play the role of industry self-regulatory organizations.

Four, promote the development and alliance of superior pharmaceutical enterprises.

Resolutely break departmental or local monopolies, ownership restrictions and administrative protection that hinder fair competition, adjust policies and regulations that are not conducive to giving full play to the positive role of market mechanisms, establish a drug quality management monitoring system organized by relevant state departments, cancel repeated testing, repeated examination and approval, and repeated issuance of "quasi-sales licenses" for pharmaceutical enterprises in various places, and cancel restrictions on pharmaceutical enterprises in other regions from entering the local drug market in the name of filing and registration. We should give full play to the role of market mechanism and optimize the structure of pharmaceutical industry. It is necessary to create an environment of fair competition, support superior pharmaceutical enterprises to expand their business scale through acquisitions and mergers, promote the development of marketing methods such as drug agency distribution and chain operation, and form a number of cross-regional, large-scale, intensive and high-level pharmaceutical enterprise groups to play a key role in drug production and circulation.

Five, reverse the situation of low-level duplication of drug production.

Local people’s governments at all levels should make up their minds to rectify small pharmaceutical factories and shut down a number of small pharmaceutical factories that pollute the environment, waste resources, do not conform to industrial policies and industry development plans, have low-level redundant construction, fail to meet GMP standards for pharmaceutical production enterprises or fail to operate normally. Drug regulatory authorities should clean up and rectify the hospital preparation room, and hospitals that can normally supply preparations in the market shall not repeat production, and hospitals that do not have preparation conditions shall not be renewed.

Six, clean up and rectify the drug circulation enterprises

Cleaning up and rectifying drug circulation enterprises should be combined with the work of drug business renewal. Drug circulation enterprises that have an imperfect quality assurance system, irregular business practices and fail to meet the conditions for renewal shall not be renewed; Drug circulation enterprises that are insolvent, on the verge of bankruptcy, or fail to meet the quality management standards (GSP) for drug business within a certain period of time will be resolutely disqualified; Drug circulation enterprises that cannot operate drugs normally and mainly rely on renting office buildings, warehouses and other properties to survive should be rectified, and those that engage in illegal investment operations should be investigated and punished according to law until their drug business licenses are revoked.

Seven, improve the centralized bidding system of drugs.

The health department should standardize the management of drug use in medical institutions, expand the varieties of drugs purchased by centralized bidding, and gradually bring the main drug varieties into the scope of centralized bidding and purchasing. Strict examination and management should be carried out on important links in drug procurement by tender, such as bid evaluation methods and the composition of expert database for the whole society, so as to ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of drug procurement by tender. Health, drug supervision, price authorities and other departments should supervise the bidding and purchasing behavior and price of drugs. The retail price of drugs purchased by bidding should be reasonably set based on the actual purchase price. The benefits of reducing drug prices through bidding should mainly benefit patients, and medical institutions can share a certain proportion.

Eight, promote the electronic trading of medical commodities.

Establish and improve the electronic trading system of medical commodities certified, supervised and managed by relevant government departments, actively promote the electronic trading of medical commodities, give full play to the role of electronic trading system as a bridge between drug production, circulation and consumption, communicate information in time, realize fast trading, and use this system to entrust centralized bidding and purchasing of medical commodities, bring trading behavior into a standardized and open track, and correct unhealthy trends in the purchase and sale of medical commodities from the system.

Nine, strengthen the construction of rural drug supply network

It is necessary to effectively solve the problem of lack of regular and stable drug supply channels in the vast rural areas and strengthen the construction of rural drug supply networks. Encourage large and medium-sized pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises to merge with small pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises, extend the sales network to the county level, and develop rural drug sales outlets to facilitate farmers to purchase drugs. Promote centralized bidding and purchasing drugs through rural health service network. In remote areas, rural health service management can also be integrated, and township hospitals can purchase drugs for rural doctors in a unified way to prevent counterfeit and inferior drugs from flowing to rural areas and ensure the safety of farmers’ medication.

Ten, the implementation of separate accounting and management of medicine.

Health departments and medical institutions at all levels should actively implement the policies and measures of separate accounting and management of medicines, and strictly implement the relevant provisions on the management of two lines of revenue and expenditure. On the basis of standardizing financial subsidies and adjusting the price of medical services, the outpatient pharmacy of medical institutions will be gradually changed into a pharmaceutical retail enterprise, with independent accounting and tax payment according to regulations, and equal competition with social retail pharmacies will promote the socialization, specialization and intensification of drug circulation, improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Community health organizations, outpatient departments and individual clinics can only distribute commonly used and first-aid drugs approved by provincial health and drug supervision departments. Health and drug supervision departments should pay close attention to formulating the catalogue of commonly used and first-aid drugs and related management measures, and implement the above measures as soon as possible at the grassroots level.

Eleven, accelerate the implementation of the classified management system of prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs.

Drug supervision and other departments should actively cooperate, improve policies, standardize and manage the sales of prescription drugs as soon as possible. On the basis of ensuring safety and effectiveness, in order to meet the needs of people’s self-care, speed up the selection of over-the-counter drugs and expand the circulation channels of over-the-counter drugs. Class B OTC drugs can be sold in retail stores of daily necessities upon approval.

Twelve, improve the management of new drug research and approval.

It is necessary to revise the standards of new drugs and encourage the research and innovation of new drugs. If the technical content is not high and the research and production are repeated at a low level, the drug regulatory authorities should strictly check and not approve the production. Those who resort to deceit in the approval of new drugs should be dealt with severely according to law. The policies and regulations, working procedures and time limits of new drug approval management should be open to the public and subject to social supervision.

Thirteen, increase the intensity of drug price supervision.

Gradually implement the system of drug price publicity and the system of printing retail prices on drug packaging, and increase the supervision of drug prices. This work starts with some drugs with market-regulated prices and is gradually extended to all kinds of drugs sold in China. It is necessary to make it clear that the price stipulated by the state is the highest price limit, and to retail drugs in hospitals or pharmacies, it is allowed to sell or print the price below but not above the public price.

Fourteen, strengthen the supervision and management of drug advertising.

Drug regulatory authorities at all levels and administrative departments for industry and commerce should conscientiously implement the spirit of the Notice of the State Drug Administration and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Strengthening the Examination and Management of Prescription Drug Advertisements (No.14 [2001] of the State Administration of Medicine) and gradually stop advertising prescription drugs in the mass media. Drug regulatory authorities should strictly examine all kinds of drug advertisements in accordance with the relevant provisions, and supervise and inspect their daily publication and broadcasting. If illegal or illegal drug advertisements are found, they should take timely measures to deal with them accordingly. The administrative department for industry and commerce should intensify the investigation and punishment of illegal and illegal drug advertisements, and effectively regulate the release order of drug advertisements.

Fifteen, comprehensively implement the measures to rectify and standardize the drug market.

Rectifying and standardizing the pharmaceutical market is related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people, to the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry and health undertakings, and to the overall situation of reform, opening up and stability. All regions and relevant departments should attach great importance to it, strengthen leadership, unify their thinking, raise awareness, overcome local and departmental departmentalism, and comprehensively use legal, economic, administrative and public opinion means in a spirit of being highly responsible to the country and the people to conscientiously rectify and standardize the drug market.

All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall, in accordance with the above opinions and in combination with the actual situation in the region, pay close attention to formulating implementation plans, make careful arrangements and organize them carefully to ensure that all measures to rectify and standardize the drug market are implemented. The relevant departments of the State Council will timely supervise and inspect the implementation of this opinion in various regions.

Don’t believe in "secret recipe" in treating psoriasis.

Guangzhou Daily News (all-media reporter Wang Jing correspondent Luo Ting, Yang Shangshang) Psoriasis, commonly known as "psoriasis", is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is easy to recur. The reporter learned from the "Guide to Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis in China" that it is estimated that there are at least 10 million psoriasis patients in China. Experts remind that some advertisements claim to cure psoriasis, so don’t blindly believe it. Although psoriasis can’t be cured, it can be controlled and stabilized through regular, safe and personalized standardized treatment. More and more biological agents are on the market, which also provides more choices for patients.

  China at least.

There are 10 million patients with psoriasis.

Psoriasis can occur at any age, and there is no obvious gender difference. However, young people aged 20 to 30 are more likely to be targeted by psoriasis.

In 2008, an epidemiological survey of psoriasis in six provinces and cities in China showed that the prevalence rate of psoriasis in six cities was 0.47%, so it was estimated that there were more than 6 million patients with psoriasis in China. Professor Shi Yuling, director of the dermatology department of the Tenth People’s Hospital affiliated to Tongji University and director of the Institute of Psoriasis of Tongji University Medical College, said that experts from the Psoriasis Professional Committee of the Dermatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association agreed that with the increasing incidence, it is estimated that there are at least 10 million psoriasis patients in China at present.

"Psoriasis has become a very common skin disease like eczema and urticaria." Shi Yuling said that infection is the most common cause of psoriasis. In addition, drinking, smoking, drugs and mental factors can all induce psoriasis.

Don’t believe in the guide, believe in traveling doctors?

When the heart hurts the liver!

"Psoriasis is a skin disease that makes doctors and patients very big." Talking about the treatment of psoriasis, Professor Zhang Xibao, director of the Institute of Dermatology of Guangzhou Medical University and chief special expert of Guangzhou Institute of Dermatology and Prevention, admitted that there is no radical cure for psoriasis at present, and its treatment purpose is mainly to control symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.

Local therapy, physical therapy and systemic therapy … … How to choose many treatment methods? According to Zhang Xibao, according to the guidelines for the treatment of psoriasis in China (2018 Simplified Edition), the treatment of psoriasis should be standardized, safe and individualized according to the specific conditions of patients, with mild external treatment as the main treatment, and systemic treatment for moderate and severe cases. Patients with poor therapeutic effect on traditional systemic drugs can appropriately choose targeted biological agents for treatment.

Many patients with psoriasis are struggling to find a radical cure, and even blindly believe in the so-called ancestral secret recipe in the mouth of Jianghu doctors. "Don’t trust the traveling doctor, and don’t listen to the unrealistic idea of a temporary cure." Shi Yuling pointed out that drug abuse and blindly listening to advertisements are common misunderstandings in the treatment of psoriasis, which can not cure psoriasis, but may damage health.

According to Shi Yuling’s clinical observation, nearly half of the patients she contacted had had irregular treatment before. "Psoriasis itself is not fatal, but if it is not treated properly, the side effects may be fatal. Some patients have heard that psoriasis can be cured somewhere, without considering the side effects. When they come to the hospital, their liver function is already in a mess. "

Skin lesion area is greater than 10%

  Consider using biological agents.

In recent years, more and more biological agents are on the market, which provides more choices for psoriasis patients. Which patients can use it? Is the curative effect really that good?

Shi Yuling introduced that in the treatment of psoriasis, the indications of biological agents are mainly moderate and severe psoriasis patients with skin lesions greater than 10%. "It is difficult for psoriasis patients with skin lesions greater than 10% to solve the problem only by using external drugs. We suggest systematic treatment. When the traditional system is not effective, biological agents can be considered, especially for young patients. "

However, not all psoriasis patients who need to use biological agents can use biological agents. Due to the high cost, the utilization rate of biological agents in the clinical treatment of psoriasis is not high at present. It is understood that the annual cost of using biological agents is about 50,000 to 80,000 yuan.

Shi Yuling reminded that the safe and rational use of biological agents is also particularly important. Before using biological agents, it is very important to screen patients with infection, tuberculosis and hepatitis, and regular follow-up should be carried out during the use to exclude infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis.

"With so many good drugs, it is also a question whether patients are willing to use them." Professor Zeng Fanqin, the chief physician of dermatology at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, pointed out that patient compliance is the main challenge in the treatment of psoriasis, and it is also a common problem in the world.

Psoriasis is not only a skin disease, but also a systemic disease. Because of the long course of disease, psoriasis needs long-term disease management, and many patients will be accompanied by different degrees of negative emotions, which will also affect the condition to some extent. Zeng Fanqin believes that the compliance of patients with psoriasis can be improved through patient education, doctor-patient communication and individualized effective treatment.

Ne Zha predicted that he was the "worst and meanest" starter.

1905 movie network news Created jointly by Light Striped House Film (Big Fish Begonia, Great Protector), Cocoa Bean Animation (Beat, Beat a Big Watermelon) and October Culture (Return of the Great Sage), Ne Zha, a comedy animated film, released a preview of "It’s him, it’s him", which made the debut of the most "bad" Nezha in the history of subverting the traditional image. The film is directed by jiaozi, a genius director born in 1980s, who is famous for his comedy style. From the preview, it is not difficult to find that the film Ne Zha incorporates a lot of comedy elements and presents a "mean" Nezha full of jokes. The film will be released nationwide in 2019.

The genius director broke through the classic comedy style, and Nezha burst into laughter.

The film was directed by jiaozi, a genius born in 1980s. As early as 2009, he launched an animated comedy short film "Hit, Hit a Big Watermelon", which not only scored 8.6 in Douban, but also won more than 30 awards in 27 professional competitions at home and abroad. As his first animated film work, Ne Zha made a subversive creation on the basis of myths and legends, which continued the director’s humorous temperament and had a strong comedy style.

It can be seen from the notice released this time. In appearance, the film breaks through the tradition and boldly creates a brand-new image of Nezha: Nezha, who is wearing two "dark circles" of Qing Wu, presents a "mixed-world magic boy" temperament; In character, he has added the characteristics of unruly wildness and unrestrained. Nezha, the troublemaker who teased the people with his hands in his pockets and playing around, became a little bully with a bad smile and set fire to the street, full of joy. Just like the self-deprecating limerick at the beginning of the preview: "I am a little monster, carefree and comfortable, killing people without blinking, eating people without putting salt."

In the short 30-second preview, we can see that the characters in the film are set with "interesting contrast" in many places: the big guy has a shrill voice, but Nezha has a low "magnetic" voice at an early age, which is full of jokes.

Three "big" animation production teams jointly produced four years to create a sincere work.

The film Ne Zha has been in preparation for more than four years, and it is jointly produced by Striped House Film, Cocoa Bean Animation and October Culture. Among them, striped house film industry is one of the leading cultural enterprises that have been committed to developing domestic animated films for many years, and has produced many excellent domestic animated films such as Big Fish Begonia and Great Protection. Cocoa bean animation has made "Hit, hit a big watermelon", which is called "the most original animation short film of Chinese" by netizens. October Culture is a well-known animation original production company with rich experience. The masterpiece Return of the Great Sage has a double harvest at the word-of-mouth box office and won 956 million yuan at the box office, making it a benchmark for the country. This is also the first time that October Culture participated in the joint production. What surprises the three animation companies will bring to the market is expected.

The film Ne Zha is jointly produced by Striped House Film, Cocoa Bean Animation and October Culture. The film will be released in the summer of 2019, and the worst Nezha in history is expected to be tested by everyone.
